Parking guide

- 1 free parking per room
- For vehicle registration, please send a text message to the name of the reservation person and the car number and the representative number of the accommodation.
- If it is not shipped, parking costs will be incurred.

How to check in

Non-face-to-face admission / no front desk
We will inform you of the check-in information to the phone number you reserved on the day of check-in.
If you change your phone number, please let me know in advance.

Luggage storage information

You can store your luggage before check-in, but you can't store your luggage after check-out.

Accommodation Information

- The maximum number of people staying is different for each type. Please check and make a reservation.
- Our hotel does not charge a separate cleaning fee, so we ask for your active cooperation in disposing of waste during your stay.
- The separate collection area is next to the entrance and exit of the parking lot on B1F.
- General waste: Collect it in one place and put it on the side of the front door.
- Recycling & food waste: You can throw it in the separate collection center on the 1st basement floor.
- For consecutive nights, there is no intermediate cleaning and only cleaning when leaving the room. (If you want to clean, please let me know in advance and a separate cleaning fee will be charged.)

Confirmation matters

- Minors are not allowed to make reservations.
- For assignments at check-in, we do not guarantee specific rooms and bed types.
(If there is a type you want, please contact us in advance.)
- It does not guarantee rooms with specific views.
- Depending on the type, there may be some differences in floor height and outlook.

Precautions

- Please be careful not to cause complaints due to noise between floors and loud noise.
- You will be charged for damage or theft of items in your accommodation.
- Party/event prohibited accommodation.
- No smoking in all areas of the building/ventilation is required when cooking.
- It is an accommodation that cannot be accompanied by pets.

Refund Policy

2 weeks prior: 100% refund of the total amount

1 week prior: 50% refund of the total amount

2 days prior: 70% refund of the total amount

On the day of check-in and no-show: No cancellation or refund available
